Ransoms are a coll part of piracy imo, a part that CCP endorses with the ship scanner, would just be cool see that moved over to pods as well

My justification for the "Heavy Recon" BC is that we have Black Ops and Recons, and a free T2 slot for BCs. Looking at a role they could fill as a carry on from their cruiser counterparts a cloaky warpy BC just seems like a natural progression
